My general payment terms follow the industry standard of 50% deposit up front before work commences with 50% balance payable upon completion (before delivery of final assets). Alternate payment terms can be discussed at the project outset if required.

Turnaround times vary based on the scope of the project, but I will always work hard to deliver your project in line with the deadline agreed. If I have available capacity I will try to accommodate fast turnarounds whenever possible, but quality work requires sufficient lead time.

One of my key strengths as a freelancer is my diverse skillset and ability to function as a "one-stop shop" for small businesses and startups who don't have the budget for a full time design or marketing department, but still need professional support available at all times.
